How do I install a Printer?

These instructions only apply to someone who is trying to install a printer on a Windows or Mac device. Chromebook users already have access to the printers and cannot install printers using this method.

  1. After downloading installer click and run the program. It will then generate a list of printers which you have access to install. 
  2. Make sure you uncheck the first printer at the top and only check the printers you need installed and click next.
  3. When asked for login information you will need to enter your full Google email address and Google password and click next. 
  4. The printers you selected should now be installed.

  1. After downloading the installer click and run the program and follow through prompts until installed.
  2. You will now see all the CNS printers listed when you go to print, similar to how it appears on the Chromebook. 
  3. When trying to print for the first time to any of the printers you will be asked to login. You will need to enter your full Google email address and Google password.
